I'm sure some of you read my H1N1 rant a few weeks ago and one of my main issues was the contradictory information that was leaking out through media sources. It seemed as thought Public Health didn't know their right hand from their left during the first couple of weeks of their flu campaign. While my whole family got their shot, the obvious confusion definitely shook my confidence in our health system.
I have recently received information that the Ontario Ministry of Health has stepped up to become a reliable resource for up-to-date H1N1 vaccine information in Ontario.

The following link has tips for what to do if your child becomes sick. The Ministry of Health has an influenza assessment tool that can help us moms determine if our child needs medical care.
