ReplyDeleteI heard back from the event folks and they have said "the discount is not valid on Gold or TAP seats (maybe that was the issue). And secondly, if it doesn't work over the phone, perhaps they should try online. It could just be that a customer service rep didn't have all the necessary information in front of them." They have checked the code and apart from the restriction, it should work for regular tickets.
