This recipe was so yummy I just had to post about it. I found this recipe on Pinterest (of course) and made it today. It uses white cannellini beans (aka white kidney beans) and fresh basil. The fresh basil makes this hummus. It brings a sweetness to the hummus that is delicious. The white kidney beans are much creamier than chickpeas (what hummus is usually made with) and am so pleased with this recipe! Too bad its the end of the school year as this would be going in lunches often (it's in for tomorrow).
